Kentucky High School Basketball - Campbell County tops Bourbon County

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) and the host Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), saw Campbell County's basketball squad knock off Bourbon County by a count of 58-47.
With the victory, Campbell County upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Camels travel to Conner (Hebron, KY) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 5. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Conner won 57-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Boyd County (Ashland, KY)
Next up, the Colonels play the Augusta Panthers (Augusta, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 27. Bourbon County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 56-36 non-league loss to Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY).
