Arizona High School Basketball - Ironwood Ridge can't hold off Poston Butte

The Poston Butte Broncos basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks to 46 in the Broncos non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Broncos now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canyon View for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 22. Poston Butte will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 64-52 non-league win over Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 13-0.

The Nighthawks (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sabino (Tucson, AZ). The Sabercats come into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Sabino edged Amphitheater (Tucson, AZ), 52-41, in a non-league contest.
