Louisiana High School Basketball - North Vermilion can't hold off Acadiana

The Acadiana Rams basketball team scored 33 points and restricted the host North Vermilion Patriots to 27 in the Rams non-league victory on Thursday.
The Rams now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Teurlings Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Acadiana will battle a Rebels team coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to St. Frederick (Monroe, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-3.
The Patriots (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Central Catholic edged Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA), 53-46, in a non-league contest.
