With the win, Grosse Ile upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Red Devils host Jefferson (Monroe, MI) to clash with the Bears in a Huron bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Monarchs clash with the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Cabrini will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Jets go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 45-37 league win over Milan (Milan, MI).
