With the victory, Chequamegon upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Screaming Eagles host South Shore (Port Wing, WI) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Northstars play the Wright Red Devils (Ironwood, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Hurley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
