East Tech Scarabs (Cleveland, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Parma Redmen (Parma, OH), 68-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, East Tech upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Scarabs travel to John Adams (Cleveland, OH) to play the Rebels in a Senate bout on Friday, January 6. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 1-3. John Adams lost 72-50 in their recent non-league bout against Medina (Medina, OH)

Next up, the Redmen play the John Hay (Cleveland, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Parma will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
