New Jersey High School Basketball - Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology can't hold off Irvington

The Irvington Blue Knights basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions to 57 in the Blue Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Knights now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a Super Essex - American contest on Tuesday, January 3. Irvington will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 76-57 league loss to North Star Academy (Newark, NJ). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-5.
The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, DePaul Catholic edged West Milford (West Milford, NJ), 87-51, in a non-league contest.
