The Berrien Rebels basketball team (Nashville, GA), was nudged 51-48 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA)
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun County for a non-league battle on Friday, December 23. Macon County will battle a Cougars team coming off a 61-38 league loss to Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.
The Rebels (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pelham (Pelham, GA). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Pelham edged Worth County (Sylvester, GA), 55-28, in a non-league battle.
