The New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) basketball knocked off the visiting Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT), 45-27 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rebels (3-0) will now prepare for their test against New Milford (New Milford, CT). The Green Wave go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, New Milford notched a victory over Weston (Weston, CT), 50-41, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Parish Hill for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 27. Coventry will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 39-35 league loss to Capital Prep (Hartford, CT). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.
