Timberlake Tigers (Spirit Lake, ID) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting University Titans (Spokane, WA), 41-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Timberlake upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Ephrata (Ephrata, WA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Ephrata won 54-42 in their recent non-league bout against Royal (Royal City, WA)

Next up, the Titans play the Lewis & Clark Tigers (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout, on Tuesday, January 3. University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
