The Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) soccer nipped the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA), 1-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

With the victory, Del Oro moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a Sierra Foothill League bout on Wednesday, January 4.
