In Friday's league outing, the Capital Golden Eagles (Boise, ID) basketball squad beat the host Borah Lions (Boise, ID), by a count of 67-57.
The Golden Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Skyview (Nampa, ID). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record.
The Lions now hold a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Centennial for a 5A Southern Idaho outing on Tuesday, January 2. Borah will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 70-60 non-league loss to Clovis East (Clovis, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-3.
