Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN), 45-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Brownstown Central upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Braves travel to Evansville Christian (Evansville, IN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Evansville Christian won 56-49 in their recent non-league bout against Scottsburg (Scottsburg, IN)

Next up, the Cougars play the Scottsburg Warriors (Scottsburg, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 23. North Daviess will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 56-49 non-league loss to Evansville Christian (Evansville, IN).
