In Friday's non-league match, the visiting First Assembly Christian Crusaders basketball team scored a good 64-50 triumph over the Christian Brothers Purple Wave.
In their next game, the Crusaders meet the Norland Vikings (Miami, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 4. First Assembly Christian will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record.
With the defeat, Christian Brothers moves to 8-5 on the year. The Purple wave travel to Sumter Central (York, AL) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 27. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 10-2.
