In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Danville Admirals basketball team scored a tight 59-57 triumph over the Clinton County Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Admirals meet the Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 2. Danville will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
With the defeat, Clinton County moves to 5-5 on the year. The Bulldogs host Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to meet the Hornets in a District 16 match on Friday, January 5. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 3-6.
