Kentucky High School Basketball - East Carter can't hold off Paintsville

The Paintsville Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and held the host East Carter Raiders to 57 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Expression Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Paintsville will battle a Lions team coming off a 79-75 non-league win over Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV). The Lions record now stands at 6-3.
The Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Seymour (Seymour, TN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Seymour was nudged by Clinton (Clinton, TN), 66-46, in a non-league contest.
