The Lamar Texans tipped the host Episcopal Knights basketball team by a final score of 67-61 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Texans face the Chavez Lobos (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 18 game, on Tuesday, January 9. Lamar will attempt to move on its 12-8 season record.
