With the victory, Faith improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD) to confront the Panthers in a B Region 8 challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Black Devils confront the Belfield Bantams (Belfield, ND) in a B District 5 challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Hettinger/Scranton will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
