Michigan High School Basketball - Forest Hills Eastern tipped by Godwin Heights

The Godwin Heights Wolverines basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Forest Hills Eastern Hawks to 50 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolverines now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portage Northern for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Godwin Heights will meet a Huskies team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over Gull Lake (Richland, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 6-2.
The Hawks (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI). The Trojans enter the Ottawa-Kent - Gold contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Thornapple Kellogg was nudged by Caledonia (Caledonia, MI), 73-67, in a non-league contest.
