The Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR) basketball knocked off the visiting Pacific (Port Orford, OR), 62-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Pirates (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Ridgeview (Redmond, OR). The Ravens go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Ridgeview notched a victory over Pendleton (Pendleton, OR), 61-45, in a non-league test.
The now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alsea for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Pacific will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 60-13 non-league loss to Waldport (Waldport, OR). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-7.
