Nevada High School Basketball - South Tahoe thwarted by Churchill County

The South Tahoe Vikings basketball team (South Lake Tahoe, CA), dropped 52-37 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV)

The Greenwave now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McQueen for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Churchill County will confront a Lancers team coming off a 40-25 non-league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 4-4.

The Vikings (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, McQueen beat Hug (Reno, NV), 47-20, in a non-league battle.

Congratulations to #30 Canaan King for being selected the Churchill County Freshman Basketball Player of the Game.
