Families of Faith Christian Academy Screaming Eagles (Channahon, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Knights (Normal, IL), 57-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Families of Faith Christian Academy upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Screaming Eagles host Marquette Manor Baptist Academy (Downers Grove, IL) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Minutemen come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Marquette Manor Baptist Academy won 28-25 in their recent non-league bout against Cathedral Baptist (Rockford, IL)

Next up, the Knights play the Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Calvary Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record.
