New Mexico High School Basketball - Clovis beaten by La Cueva

The La Cueva Bears ran past the host Clovis Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 51-41 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Bears face the Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 28. La Cueva will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Broncos enter the game with a 8-0 record after their 79-42 non-league win over Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO).

With the defeat, Clovis moves to 8-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM) to face the Demons in a non-league game on Friday, December 29. The Demons enter the game with a record of 2-6. Santa Fe lost 49-18 in their recent non-league game against Robertson (Las Vegas, NM)
