The South Shore Vikings basketball team (Brooklyn, NY), was nudged 51-48 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL)

The Vikings now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hamilton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 2. Jasper will battle a Aggies team coming off a 57-24 non-league win over Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Aggies record now stands at 9-3.

The Vikings (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Monsignor Scanlan (Bronx, NY). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record.
