The Minneota Vikings basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Montevideo Thunderhawks to 29 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Clair for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Minneota will battle a Cyclones team coming off a 72-69 league loss to New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Cyclones record now stands at 5-4.
The Thunderhawks (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Dawson-Boyd (Dawson, MN). The Blackjacks enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record.
