The Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Chico Panthers (Chico, CA), 54-47 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Grizzlies go into the test with a 9-3 record.

The Panthers now own a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Saturday, December 23. Chico will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 62-31 non-league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Rams record now stands at 4-4.
