Montesano Bulldogs (Montesano, WA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), 55-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Montesano upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Chief Leschi lost 38-36 in their recent non-league bout against South Bend (South Bend, WA)

Next up, the Wolves play the Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Black Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
