The East Duplin Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Princeton Bulldogs to 45 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Duplin for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. East Duplin will battle a Rebels team coming off a 49-37 non-league win over Jones (Trenton, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 3-3.
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, East Wake Academy dropped by Vance Charter (Henderson, NC), 47-35, in a non-league contest.
