The St. Edward Eagles bounced the host Olentangy Berlin Bears ice hockey squad by a tally of 8-2 in Sunday's non-league match.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 27. St. Edward will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record.
The Bears (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH). The Fighting Crusaders enter the non-league match with a 5-8 record. In their last match, Archbishop Moeller held off St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH), 5-3, in a league match.
