Evansville Reitz Panthers (Evansville, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN), 69-35 in a non-league contest.

The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN). The Titans go into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Gibson Southern smashed North Posey (Poseyville, IN), 68-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans confront the Danville Warriors (Danville, IN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 22. Wood Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 5-8 record after their 48-30 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, IN).
