Maryland High School Basketball - St. Mary's can't hold off Atholton

The Atholton Raiders basketball team scored 45 points and held the host St. Mary's Saints to 40 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.
In their next game, the Raiders meet the South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 26. Atholton will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Seahawks enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 75-32 league win over Chesapeake (Pasadena, MD).
With the defeat, St. Mary's moves to 0-5 on the year. The Saints travel to Severn School (Severna Park, MD) to meet the Admirals in a MIAA B - Black match on Wednesday, January 3. The Admirals enter the match with a record of 5-4.
