Louisiana High School Basketball - Carver Collegiate Academy thwarts Ouachita Parish

The Carver Collegiate Academy Rams (New Orleans, LA) basketball knocked off the host Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA), 55-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rams (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Lancaster (Lancaster, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Lancaster notched a victory over Crandall (Crandall, TX), 65-56, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to West Monroe for a 5A District 2 test on Friday, January 12.
