The Pahoa Daggers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host St. Joseph Cardinals to 16 in the Daggers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Daggers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Konawaena for a Big Island - East contest on Saturday, December 30. Pahoa will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 53-28 league win over Kea'au (Kea'au, HI). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-6.

The Cardinals (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Kealakehe (Kailua-Kona, HI). The Waveriders come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Kealakehe was routed by Konawaena (Kealakekua, HI), 59-28, in a league contest.
