South Carolina High School Basketball - Liberty ripped by St. James

The St. James Sharks basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Liberty Red Devils to 23 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Sharks now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson County for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. St. James will meet a Longhorns team coming off a 65-32 non-league loss to West Ridge (Blountville, TN). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-7.

The Red Devils (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Belton-Honea Path was routed by Chapman (Inman, SC), 62-40, in a non-league contest.
