Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Franklin gets by South Lyon

The Franklin Patriots ice hockey squad scored 2 points and restricted the visiting South Lyon Lions to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Saturday.

With the victory, Franklin moves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI) to face the Chargers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 26. The Chargers go into the contest with a record of 0-0.

The Lions now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dexter for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 23. South Lyon will face a Dreadnaughts squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 1-0.
