Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Firestone Falcons (Akron, OH) and the visiting Copley Indians (Copley, OH), saw Firestone's basketball squad overcome Copley by a tally of 43-33.

With the victory, Firestone improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Highland (Medina, OH) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Indians confront the Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 30. Copley will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
