In Monday's non-league contest, the host Twin Valley Raiders basketball team scored a big 65-29 triumph over the Elizabethtown Bears.
The Raiders (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against West York Area (York, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, West York Area smashed Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA), 45-36, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Elizabethtown will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Barons go into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 51-42 non-league win over Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA).
