The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Marmion Cadets (Aurora, IL) and the visiting Morris Redskins (Morris, IL), observed Marmion's basketball team edge Morris by a margin of 55-52.

The Cadets (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Northridge (Niles, IL). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Northridge edged Lisle (Lisle, IL), 75-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Redskins battle the Sandwich Indians (Sandwich, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Morris will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.
