Washington High School Basketball - Mercer Island overwhelmed by Mount Tahoma

In Monday's non-league test, the Mount Tahoma T-Birds (Tacoma, WA) basketball team walloped the visiting Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA), by a margin of 75-54.

The T-Birds now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Bothell/Inglemoor for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.

With the loss, Mercer Island falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Islanders travel to Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 6-7. Patrick Henry won 58-45 in their recent non-league game against Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA)
