New Jersey High School Basketball - Elizabeth victorious over Hackensack

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Elizabeth Minutemen basketball team scored a good 49-38 triumph over the Hackensack Comets.
The Minutemen (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cranford (Cranford, NJ). The Cougars go into the Union County - Valley contest with a 0-2 record.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, January 5. Hackensack will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
