The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Hazelwood East was routed by Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO), 84-23, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the St. Charles Pirates (St. Charles, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Howell North will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 52-48 non-league loss to Jersey (Jerseyville, IL).
