In Monday's league test, the Our Lady of Mercy Academy Villagers (Newfield, NJ) basketball squad trounced the visiting Millville Thunderbolts (Millville, NJ), by a final score of 60-36.

Next, the Villagers clash with the St. Elizabeth Vikings (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Our Lady of Mercy Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 66-34 non-league loss to Academy-Notre Dame De Namur (Villanova, PA).

The Thunderbolts (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Salem (Salem, NJ). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Salem was overwhelmed by Salem County Vo-Tech (Woodstown, NJ), 36-22, in a league match.
