The Nogales Nobles basketball team (La Puente, CA), was overwhelmed 72-22 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA)

The Highlanders/Scots now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardena for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Upland will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-52 non-league loss to Fullerton (Fullerton, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.

The Nobles (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators enter the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Gahr was routed by Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA), 63-31, in a non-league contest.
