California High School Basketball - Camarillo can't hold off Poly

The Camarillo Scorpions basketball team (Camarillo, CA), was nudged 53-51 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA)

The Parrots now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 27. Poly will battle a Toreadors team coming off a 66-29 non-league loss to Hart (Newhall, CA). The Toreadors record now stands at 5-5.

The Scorpions (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Burroughs (Burbank, CA). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Burroughs was nudged by Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA), 69-40, in a non-league battle.
