Illinois High School Basketball - Naperville Central knocked off by Stevenson

The Stevenson Patriots basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Naperville Central Redhawks to 39 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Monday.
The Patriots now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hampshire for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5. Stevenson will meet a Whip-Purs team coming off a 59-38 non-league loss to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Whip-Purs record now stands at 10-5.
The Redhawks (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Maine West was outscored by St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL), 54-23, in a non-league contest.
