The High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC), 55-29 in Monday's non-league test.

The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Trinity (Trinity, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Trinity walloped Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC), 53-47, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Chatham Charter for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 27. Providence Grove will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 45-41 non-league win over Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-7.
