Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Alta Loma Braves (Alta Loma, CA) and the host South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA), saw Alta Loma's basketball squad hold off South Gate by a count of 58-55.

With the victory, Alta Loma upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 9-4.

Next up, the Rams play the Huntington Park Spartans (Huntington Park, CA) in a Eastern challenge, on Monday, January 8. South Gate will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
