Alemany Warriors (Mission Hills, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA), 70-62 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Alemany upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-3. Bishop Montgomery lost 51-36 in their recent non-league bout against Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA)

Next up, the Minutemen play the Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Maranatha will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Parrots come into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 48-46 non-league loss to Moorpark (Moorpark, CA).
