IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL), 46-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, IC Catholic Prep upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lisle (Lisle, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Lisle won 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Seneca (Seneca, IL)

Next up, the Blazers play the West Chicago Wildcats (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Addison Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 57-9 non-league win over Westmont (Westmont, IL).
