Delaware High School Basketball - Cape Henlopen knocked off by Our Lady of Mount Carmel

The Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Cape Henlopen Vikings to 35 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tournament Opponent for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Our Lady of Mount Carmel will meet a team coming off a 88-30 non-league loss to Cherokee (Cherokee, NC). The record now stands at 49-90.

The Vikings (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Riders enter the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Caesar Rodney was defeated by Odessa (Townsend, DE), 43-35, in a non-league contest.
